Foamtech Antifire Company, we are licensed professionals performing refilling of fully or partially discharged and leaked cylinders containing Novec 1230 clean agent. Before we refill, we conduct a deep inspection for leaks, damages, and wear and tear. Hydrostatic high-pressure testing at 1.5 times more than the rated pressure of the cylinder is conducted as per IS/UL/FM standards. This test is done to check the pressure handling capacity and strength of the cylinder. After testing, the cylinder is completely cleaned, and a vacuum is created to make space for the clean agent gas. As a part of our maintenance service, we replace the damaged valves, nozzles, and hoses for leak-proofness and regain the peak performance. Our scope of refilling services includes cylinders at 25 bar, 42 bar, and 50 bar, which have a gas capacity of 2-20 kg, up to 50 kg, and 70 kg, respectively. Our plant is secure, and we keep our clean agent in a controlled environment to preserve its quality.
